All parts should be inspected for damage and accuracy upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect or damaged part, contact us immediately. We will take action to rectify the situation.
The following return policy applies to all purchases as of the effective date of 1/1/2024.
Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of the invoice date. Restocking fees are based on the parameters below. Any parts that are past 60 calendar days of the invoice date are not eligible for return.

For customers who carry a 30%+ return rate*, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. *Return rates are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All parts must be in new resalable condition and in the original packaging (when applicable).
All CAPA parts must have BOTH CAPA Certification tabs still attached or the return will not be accepted.
Any returns for poor fit parts must be accompanied by photo documentation of the installed part for the return to be accepted.
All parts that are refused upon delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Under no circumstances shall credit be issued at the time of collecting the returned part. A handwritten credit memo will be issued by the Micro driver at the time of pickup. All parts must be returned to Micro Auto Group and inspected before an official credit invoice is issued.
We guarantee our parts and offer a limited lifetime warranty based on the chart below. This warranty applies to replacement of the part, and does not cover freight, labor or paint materials.

Warranty does not apply in case of improper installation, mishandling or alteration of parts, or installation without proper sealing, undercoating and painting.
Labor claims are determined on a case by case basis at our discretion. No labor is covered in the case of painting wrong parts. Labor for painted steel bumpers is not covered in case of stone chip damage.
Micro Auto Group will not be held liable for any accidental or consequential damage from use. We will exchange the part using the parameters of the chart above. We claim no responsibility for any cost of refinishing or labor of installation and removal.
